Who's killing whom?Reader comment on item: Daniel Pipes: "I don't know of a single Jewish Israeli who wants the warfare to go on!" Submitted by compugraphd (United States), Aug 28, 2014 at 09:53 B"H To see which side is which ("good guys" vs "bad guys", so to speak), just go somewhere where there are demonstrations on both sides of the street, one pro-Palestinian and one pro-Israel, and read the signs and listen to what is being yelled out by protesters: the pro-Israel protesters will say things like "we want peace now" or "stop killing our people" or "stop kidnapping our children", and other things like that. The pro-Palestinian side will say things that include phrases like "destroy Israel" and "kill the Jews". So who are the people calling for genocide? NOT the Israelis or Jews. It's the Islamists calling for genocide of Jews (not a new story, by the way, it was Hitler's refrain -- he wasn't the first either -- you need to go thousands of years into the past for that -- it was the Holocaust and its attempt to kill all the Jews that led to the creation o f the word "Genocide") Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes.
