The Kurds are the Whey

The only army that can be trusted in the war against IS is the Pesh Merga. They are a proven military force and with advanced arms and proper training they would certainly eliminate IS as a threat in Iraq. Any of the rebel groups that Obama wants to arm cannot be trusted.
