Waiting for the Right FulfillmentReader comment on item: Thinking about Kurdistan Submitted by M. Tovey (United States), Dec 22, 2014 at 12:16 Eschatology at this level has absorbed some of the best ecclesiastical minds over the centuries; but we must continue to defer to what was written; and at the most excruciating times, patience for the revealing is called for. As can be seen, fulfillments are occurring at certain times, yet there are cautions that must be observed as well by which similarities cannot be mistaken for the real deal. The quotes from Daniel are compelling for the simple reason that many times in history, this description was applied to certain figures of power who sought a consolidation of power in order to bring their own 'new world order' into the historical scheme of things, only to be toppled for the lack of true fulfillment. From here, the lesson must be taken that complete fulfillment must have full scriptural authority. From this reader's perspective, the period of America's development as a world power just prior to, during and through World War One, until the aftermath of World War Two, caused many who thought these wars were the supreme definition of the apocalypse. After it was all over, it is now seen that America was part of these set ups for the cataclysmic times now on the near horizon. But to what avail? Definitely, Harry Truman was not an Epiphanes, even as he can be credited by default for bringing the power of empires into the nuclear age. Were he the 'little horn,' Israel would not have been accorded American support for its rebirth as Ezekiel prophesied. And therein is the key; Israel's reborn essence as a nation was the latch that needed opening to release the power of the scriptures for this age. America's power from the twentieth century is certainly under task now, as we see the current American Administrative Chief Executive continue to run rampant over the sworn duties towards an agenda that places America's former character in a subjugated position to global aspirations consistent with the proclamation made twenty years ago, about entering the 'new world order.' Much has changed, since even then. There seems to be a subliminal argument, much of it under certain speculation of scriptural implications, that the shadow of the Roman Empire casts its darkenking yet with the spell of imperial domination, so much so that America's interests were brought under that influence, with which America's banking domain was globalized under the Federal Reserve Act. Control of fortunes appeared to come from Europe (Ancient Rome?). By scriptural implication and observations of the world's continuing headlong rush into scriptural fulfillments of so many passages that point to the 'end time scenario of Daniel-Revelation, your Daniel references are yet to be fully realized, for the moment. To be sure, there have been 'little horns' candidates aplenty, and any one of a dozen or so recent notables could have easily stepped into the limelight, were the timing correct. So, what should the initiated be looking for in this age of transformative powers, of minions who would be king and tooting their little horns for power for a season; and as was proffered by Yeshua at the time of the second temple. So, what do we need to understand about the third temple that is central to the issue of the approaching 'end times?' After all, the abomination of desolation was Epiphanes' sin, so too the 'little horn.' Further, America's apostasy is to be considered; that while Harry Truman led the nation to recognize Israel's emergence according to scripture, the current administrative situation of placing the American Chief Executive's sympathies at odds with Israel is a formative tell as well; and who is leading that outrage? Now, someone might wonder under the auspices of the Kurdish conflict in the former regions of Syria and Turkey; what does this all mean? Simple, these are preliminaries to the movement of the world towards its destinies of empires and which are to be numbered in the graveyards of history and which one will survive. Think of these 'minor' skirmishes meant to define the alliances of the war yet to come. The European monster is looking on, waiting.
