Deport them to CanadaReader comment on item: American Border Secrets Submitted by Ted (Canada), Apr 27, 2005 at 10:27 If the American government decides to deport them, they can all apply for refugee status here and they will. The law here says that we have to provisionally accept them as refugees pending an immigration inquiry to verify that status which can take years based on other refugee whether legitimate or illiegitimate claimants using and abusing the system. As such by law we have to house and feed them and provide welfare for them while they await their hearings. We don't send them back to their country of origin so the taxpayer becomes overburdened with them. Our media seems to be constantly bombarding us with stories of such people being housed in churches before the big bad immigration department eventually deports them. The media seems to imply that we always deport the good ones. This is how we help terrorists live and profit from staying here. Such a wonderful country.
