Hamza Yusuf...an extremist ?

Dear Daniel,

I fail to see how Hamza Yusuf can be identified as someone who holds an extremist position, I have watched many of his lectures and study tapes, and have yet to find anything that would suggest he is an extremist. I have also seen the test you have put up, which I must say is unfair. I see myself as a moderate Muslim and although I am a convert, the message which I was given of Islam is a very different from the picture you seem to paint on this site.
