The Root of the Disagreement :: Reader comments at Daniel Pipes

The root of the disagreement I believe, lies in the fallacious (lazy) belief that Israel and a Palestinian State have equal impetuses for existence.

Israel is about a homeland for The Jews. The Palestinian State is an idea to appease the Arabs - again. If this was recognized and acted upon by the funders of the Palestinians, things might be quite different and in a way that would benefit ordinary Palestinians, especially those in refugee camps.
