Progressive Lutheran Anti-Semites

The Lutheran protestant sect predominates in Sweden. Martin Luther wrote a book called: "The Jews And Their Lies". At his Nuremberg war crimes trial, Nazi Julius Streicher offered in his defense that he, like many Germans, were only acting against Jews that their Lutheran faith encouraged to view as evil.

Given all this, is it any wonder that Sweden is hostile to Israel?
