What does it mean

IMHO,

this Iran-West deal is just one of the latest and most telling markers on the path of the once great Super-Power #1 (and in fact, the whole Western civilization) down to the dust bin of history. Looks like this country is heading the same way as the somewhat less great Super-Power #2 – that is into the oblivion! And there is no need, nor use, to blame the incompetence of the current leadership: it is WE, The People, who brought this disaster on ourselves. Probably the most "intellectual" occupation to engage in now, is to guess how long and how dramatic will be this historical down slide.
