An Israeli Gas Pipeline to Turkey? Bad IdeaReader comment on item: An Israeli Gas Pipeline to Turkey? Bad Idea Submitted by Judith (United States), Dec 21, 2015 at 13:37 If there is a long-term good reason for this I cannot find it! Israel seems to have become a pretty well self-contained unit with an excess of water, energy resorces, scientific and technology resources, and as far as playing politically correct with Turkey, they would have a better chance of winning at roulette! To me this is like believing that if you feed your exotic pit viper he won't ever bite you. Okay, so its a rough neighborhood on the inside so you want to develop allies on the outside for leverage, but how do you track your resources when they are in someone else's hands? What is the old saying..."what were you thinking?" Seems like a real bad move to me!
