... The Anglo Ethiopian Treaty which is signed by Menelik II & Britain. ( Britain on behalf of Egypt ) in may15, 1902. Article III of the treaty, gives Ethiopia internationally recognized rights to any developmental work. Including farming, as far as she doesn't block it's flow & cause significant harm to fellow Africans. ...
