Indeed the US taxpayers must not be chrged with loans or grants to us. That is plain.

Regrettably, as we here in Eretz Israel well know, there is little or no connection between most of Mr. Netanyahu's speeches and actual policy changes. Cardboard props, oversized red markers, grandiose posturing, promises and assurances are seldom followed by anything credible.

Tragic but true.
