Just a great ROI.

Let us be clear, simple and honest (not common in Wall Street): Israeli "BRAINS" are a major US foreign portfolio investment composed of many Funds made of multiple assets and that is why the US invest $3.8Bil/year. There is NO other reason. It is a business decision. The ROI is tremendous and contrary to other investments, past experience is predictive of future returns on assets!
