One day the same court might ban topless bathing on regular beaches on the grounds that it offends Muslims.
The burkinis, bikinis and topless sunbathers cannot co-exist in the real world.
Whereas non-Muslims who live in wealthier areas can avoid being harassed by devout Muslims, this doesn't apply to beaches, which draw people from all over town and even all over France.

As Muslims with burkinis get used to being in force on the beaches, topless bathers will find themselves under pressure (and insult) to leave or get dressed and the Islamization of France will continue.

Banning burkinis is an excellent step on route to ending mass muslim immigration.
