Failed State SolutionReader comment on item: Give Up on the Two-State Solution? Other Ideas Submitted by Robert (United States), Dec 5, 2016 at 12:21 Dear Daniel Pipes, No one is discussing that now we know, from a historical perspective, that from the beginning, or from 1917, the was another failed-state solution. The only evidence against a Palestinian failed state appears to be Jordan, and Gaza (if than can be considered a success). The best evidence for this, although it's hard to perceive, is the metamorphosis of the Arab Spring into the Muslim "Nightmare" throughout Asia and North Africa. I will not argue that Gaza is evidence of the Palestinian potential for producing only a Failed State, or an eternally belligerent state, because that is a very well argued position. However, Syria, which under the two Assad's claimed to be Greater Syria, and there the right predecessor to Palestinian and the Palestinians, is an example that no one I know purports to discuss. With the 100,000's of dead Greater Syrians (= Palestinians) vacancies have arisen to which Palestinians, refugees, or others, should be permitted, and encouraged, to emigrate. This is not a proposed total solution, but it is a partial proposed reduction of the demographic pressure on Israel as a Zionist state. Another option to consider is another kind of Settlement Drive outside the new Jewish "Pale of Settlement" imposed on the Jewish Israeli State by the International Community under the Color of Law (= "anti-Semitic UN Law"): allow some Palestinian-Israeli citizens to "settle" in Samaria and Judia; why not? Israeli Palestinians are Palestinians. Wouldn't that also be great Hasbara? For the Start-Up nation, I certainly would give Israel an A in the realm of Realpolitics.
