IllusionsReader comment on item: The Three-Way Option: Arab States, Israel, Palestinians Submitted by Hanspeter Buechi (Switzerland), Jan 25, 2017 at 14:32 In Islam there is only peace when a country is under the sharia. Israel is on former muslim territroy, which according to Islam must be brought back at any rate and by any means to its old state (ruled by Islam). So the West must forget his Chamberlain-Thinking, should support Israels rights according to the Mandate for Palestine 1922, still valid because the Arabs had recected the UN Partition plan in 1947. All this means that Israel will live in the unpleasant situation of beeing forced to manage a sort of permanent instable situation, surrounded by enemies. Remember the valid Charters of PLO/Fatah and of Hamas, both demanding the destruction of Israel. Very sad that the world violates the legal rights of Israel, supports NGO's hostile towards Israel and delegitimizes it via UN, WHO, Unesco, UN Human rights watch etc. also to mention the bad role of many leading Churches. To conclude: Israel wants peace, Abbas wants Israel, piece by piece...
