"Centrist" Daniel Pipes

Hi, Daniel

I may qualify as a member of the Mainstream Media, in commenting on your comment on your talk, without even having listened to your talk. (That seems to be the norm nowadays, in covering Candidate and President Trump). You said,

'My comment about Recep Tayyip Erdoğan from 5:01 to 6:02, comparing him to Saddam Hussein, riled the Turkish ambassador, leading to the exchange I discussed at "Erdoğan to Me: Stay Out of Turkey."'

I think I like reading your blog, because you have such a "charm" about you that you can elicit the same extreme response from Right Wing Turks as you do from Left Wing Oregon radicals. If anything, I find you to be about as Centrist as they come -- which shows how radical the world has become.
