What would really happen if Islam Law took over America

1. You have the right TO WORSHIP NONE BUT ALLAH and if you do YOU GET TO SAVE YOUR LIFE AND KEEP YOUR PROPERTY!

Bukhari Volume 9, Book 84, Number 59:
Narrated Abu Huraira:

When the Prophet died and Abu Bakr became his successor and some of the Arabs reverted to disbelief, 'Umar said, "O Abu Bakr! How can you fight these people although ALLAH'S APOSTLE SAID, 'I HAVE BEEN ORDERED TO FIGHT THE PEOPLE TILL THEY SAY: 'NONE HAS THE RIGHT TO BE WORSHIPPED BUT ALLAH, 'and whoever said, 'None has the right to be worshipped but Allah', Allah will save his property and his life from me, unless (he does something for which he receives legal punishment) justly, and his account will be with Allah?' "Abu Bakr said, "By Allah! I will fight whoever differentiates between prayers and Zakat as Zakat is the right to be taken from property (according to Allah's Orders). By Allah! If they refused to pay me EVEN A KID they used to pay to Allah's Apostle, I would fight with them for withholding it." 'Umar said, "By Allah: It was nothing, but I noticed that Allah opened Abu Bakr's chest towards the decision to fight, therefore I realized that his decision was right."

2. If you were a young Muslim and you don't do what you claim YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO BE KILLED! Oh, lets not forget, your friendly tolerant killers will get rewarded on judgment day!

Bukhari Volume 9, Book 84, Number 64:
Narrated 'Ali:

Whenever I tell you a narration from Allah's Apostle, by Allah, I WOULD RATHER FALL DOWN FROM THE SKY THAN ASCRIBE A FALSE STATEMENT TO HIM, but if I tell you something between me and you (not a Hadith) then it was indeed a trick (i.e., I may say things just to cheat my enemy). No doubt I heard Allah's Apostle saying, "During the last days there will appear some young foolish people who will say the best words but their faith will not go beyond their throats (i.e. they will have no faith) and will go out from (leave) their religion as an arrow goes out of the game. So, where-ever you find them, kill them, for WHO-EVER KILLS THEM SHALL HAVE REWARD ON THE DAY OF RESURRECTION."

3. You have the right to be BEATEN BASED ON AN ALLEGED CHARGE FOR DRINKING TOO MUCH! But lets not forget, wine is allowed in heaven now!

Bukhari Volume 8, Book 81, Number 764:

Narrated Anas bin Malik:

The Prophet beat a drunk with palm-leaf stalks and shoes. And Abu Bakr gave (such a sinner) forty lashes.

Bukhari Volume 8, Book 81, Number 765:
Narrated 'Uqba bin Al-Harith:

An-Nu'man or the son of An-Nu'man was brought to the Prophet on a charge of drunkenness. SO THE PROPHET ORDERED ALL MEN PRESENT in the house, to beat him. So all of them beat him, and I was also one of them who beat him with shoes.

5. You have the right to NOT BEFRIEND JEWS AND CHRISTIANS. And you don't have to worry about being labled a racist! Even though you as a Muslim would claim racisim when Jews and Christians don't agree with Islam! Wow, the unbeatable double standard!

Is it a judgment of the time of (pagan) ignorance that they are seeking?Who is better than Allah for judgment to a people who have certainty (in their belief)? O YE WHO BELIEVE! TAKE NOT THE JEWS AND CHRISTIANS FOR FRIENDS. They are friends one to another. He among you who taketh them for friends is (one) of them. LO! ALLAH GUIDETH NOT WRONGDOING FOLK. Quran, S. 5:50-51

6. You have the right to HAVE ALLAH AND HIS FOLLOWERS FIGHT YOU JUST FOR UTILIZING YOUR GOD-GIVEN RIGHT TO BELIEVE AS A CHRISTIAN!

And the Jews say: Ezra is the son of Allah, and the Christians say: The Messiah is the son of Allah. That is their saying with their mouths. THEY IMITATE THE SAYING OF THOSE WHO DISBELIEVE OF OLD. ALLAH (HIMSELF) FIGHTETH AGAINST THEM. HOW PERVERSE ARE THEY! They have taken as lords beside Allah their rabbis and their monks and the Messiah son of Mary, when they were bidden to worship only One Allah. There is no Allah save Him. Be He Glorified from all that they ascribe as partner (unto Him)! Fain would they put out the light of Allah with their mouths, but Allah disdaineth (aught) save that He shall perfect His light, however much the disbelievers are averse. He it is Who hath sent His messenger with the guidance and the Religion of Truth, that He may cause it to PREVAIL OVER ALL RELIGION, however much the idolaters may be averse. O ye who believe! Lo! many of the (Jewish) rabbis and the (Christian) monks devour the wealth of mankind wantonly and debar (men) from the way of Allah. They who hoard up gold and silver and spend it not in the way of Allah, unto them give tidings (O Muhammad) of a painful doom, On the day when it will (all) be heated in the fire of hell, and their foreheads and their flanks and their backs will be branded therewith (and it will be said unto them): Here is that which ye hoarded for yourselves. Now taste of what ye used to hoard. Quran, S. 9:30-35

Oh, lets not forget, you have the right pay discrimination taxes also:

In a country ruled by Muslim authorities, a non-Muslim is guaranteed his freedom of faith.... Muslims are forbidden from obliging a non-Muslim to embrace Islam, but he should pay the tribute TO MUSLIMS READILY AND SUBMISSIVELY, surrender to Islamic laws, and should not practice HIS POLYTHEISTIC RITUALS openly. (Al-Omar, Abdul Rahman Ben Hammad, The Religion of Truth, [Riyadh, General Presidency of Islamic Researches, 1991], p. 86)

...the Muslims should feel proud of SUCH A HUMANE LAW AS THAT OF JIZYA. For it is obvious that a maximum freedom that can be allowed to those who do not adopt the way of Allah but choose to tread the ways of error is that they should be tolerated to lead the life they like. (Mawdudi, The Meaning of the Qur'an, vol 2, page 183)

The Qur'anic imperative to Jihad is shown as having the aim of subjugating non-Muslims, to force them to pay the Jizyah as the defining symbol of their subjection:

... Jews and the Christians ...SHOULD BE FORCED TO PAY JIZYA IN ORDER TO PUT AN END TO THEIR INDEPENDENCE AND SUPREMACY so that they should not remain rulers and sovereigns in the land. THESE POWERS SHOULD BE WRESTED FROM THEM BY THE FOLLOWERS OF THE TRUE FAITH, who should assume the sovereignty and lead others towards the Right Way. (Ibid, pg. 183)

Now on alleged religious freedom, that these Muslim apolgists love to claim:

There is no compulsion in religion. Verily, the Right Path has become distinct from the wrong path. Whoever disbelieves in Tâghût {1} and believes in Allâh, then he has grasped the most trustworthy handhold that will never break. And Allâh is All-Hearer, All-Knower. 2:256

Needless to say, verses that show tolerance in the Quran have since been abrogated:

"The Religion before God is Islam (submission to His Will): Nor did the People of the Book dissent therefrom except through envy of each other, after knowledge had come to them. But if any deny the Signs of God, God is swift in calling to account." S. 3:19

"If anyone desires a religion other than Islam (submission to God), never will it be accepted of him; and in the Hereafter He will be in the ranks of those who have lost (All spiritual good). S. 3:85

"Forbidden to you (for food) are: dead meat, blood, the flesh of swine, and that on which hath been invoked the name of other than God; that which hath been killed by strangling, or by a violent blow, or by a headlong fall, or by being gored to death; that which hath been (partly) eaten by a wild animal; unless ye are able to slaughter it (in due form); that which is sacrificed on stone (altars); (forbidden) also is the division (of meat) by raffling with arrows: that is impiety. This day have those who reject faith given up all hope of your religion: yet fear them not but fear Me. This day have I perfected your religion for you, completed My favour upon you, and have chosen for you Islam as your religion. But if any is forced by hunger, with no inclination to transgression, God is indeed Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful." S. 5:3

According to these passages, no other religion is acceptable to God besides Islam. If this is so, then how can the Quran claim that Christians, Sabians and Jews who do good and believe in the last day shall enter Paradise seeing that they do not believe in the religion of Islam? How can there be religious tolerance? Remember:

"If anyone desires a religion other than Islam (submission to God), never will it be accepted of him

"... (V. S 2.62) This Verse, (and Verse S. 5.69) mentioned in the Qur'an should not be misinterpreted by the reader as mentioned by Ibn Abbas... (T. At-Tabari Vol. I, P. 323) that the order of this Verse was canceled by the Verse 3:85... [i.e. after the coming of Prophet Muhammad... on the earth, no other religion except Islam, will be accepted from anyone." (Dr. Muhammad Taqi-ud-Din Al-Hilali, Ph.D. Dr. Muhammad Muhsin Khan, Interpretation of the Meaning of The Noble Quran In the English Language, A Summarized Version of At-Tabari, Al-Qurtubi and Ibn Kathir with comments from Sahih Al-Bukhari, p. 15, f. 2)

and,

"This verse (V. S.5.69) and (V. S.2.62) should not be misinterpreted by the readers as mentioned by Ibn Abbas (T. At-Tabari, Vol. P. 323) that the order of this Verse was canceled by the (V. 3:85). And after the coming of the Prophet Muhammad... no other religion except Islam will be accepted from anyone." (Ibid, 183, f.)

"O ye who believe! take not the Jews and the Christians for your friends and protectors: They are but friends and protectors to each other. And he amongst you that turns to them (for friendship) is of them. Verily God guideth not a people unjust." S. 5:51

As you can see, this is what happens, if Islam took over America and replaced democracy with Sharia.
