Commonsense solution to a smart and sensible outcome

This is an obvious solution and well overdue. Trump surely is the man to assist with the implementation, BUT Western Govts would need to support this decision and then success would be guaranteed!

However there are too many weak, left leaning Govts in power across the globe, (Australia, France, and numerous other European countries) who would probably NOT back it, not to mention the socialist ones like Venezuela and the despicable Islamic United Nations!!
