To Muslims, peace is DarAl-Islam exclusively. That means global conquest. Constant war until that objective is attained.
If Sunni & Shi'ia quit feuding and united, they would be united against Israel. Israel could only make peace by judicious use of her Jherico Missiles but lacks the political will for that.
