Intructions for Muslims in the Infidel WorldReader comment on item: Islamists, Get Out Submitted by Jennifer King (United Kingdom), Aug 31, 2005 at 13:18 MUSLIMS IN THE INFIDEL WORLDISLAM Q&A (www.islam-qa.com) A SYNOPSIS OF ISLAMIC LAWS FOR MUSLIMS IN THE WORLD Islamic law divides the world into two separate, irreconcilable worlds: Muslim and non-Muslim; the lands of Islam and the enemy lands of non-Muslims. ‘Every land or region in which the rulers and those in authority rule their people in accordance with Islamic shariah, and the people are able to carry out what Islam has enjoined upon them, is considered to be dar Islam (the abode of Islam). Muslims should live there, and not go to live anywhere else except to another place which is under Islamic rule where they may be better off. Every country or region in which the rulers do not uphold shariah law over those who are under their care by the rules of Islam, and in which the Muslims are not able to establish the rituals of Islam, is dar kufr (the abode of kufr). Dar al-harb [land of war] refers to every place in which the rule of kufr prevails.' ‘There is no doubt that staying in the kaffir lands poses a grave danger to the religion and morals of the Muslim. Hence we should beware of that and try to avoid it, and set out conditions which will prevent the Muslim from falling into that great danger. With regard to non-Muslims, the Muslim should disavow himself of them, and he should not feel any love in his heart towards them. 1] That the Muslim must be secure in his religious commitment. He should be able to practise his religion openly, so that he can observe the rituals of Islam with no impediment. If he cannot do that then it is not permissible to stay there because it becomes obligatory to migrate (hijrah) in that case. Establishing the duties of Islam is obligatory for the one who is able to do that, and migration (hijrah) is a necessary part of these obligatory duties: whatever is essential to the fulfillment of an obligatory duty is also obligatory.' [NOTE: It is obligatory for all Muslims to support and to fight Jihad, holy war against non-Muslims, because it is a pillar of faith in Islam.] 2] THAT THE MUSLIM HAS AN ATTITUDE OF ENMITY AND HATRED OF THE KAFFIRS IN HIS HEART AND WILL NOT TAKE THEM AS FRIENDS AND LOVE THEM, BECAUSE DOING THIS CONTRADICTS THE FAITH OF ISLAM. LOVING THE ENEMIES OF ALLAH IS ONE OF THE MOST SERIOUS DANGERS FOR THE MUSLIM BECAUSE LOVING THEM IMPLIES THAT ONE AGREES WITH THEM AND FOLLOWS THEM, OR AT THE VERY LEAST ONE DOES NOT DENOUNCE THEM. THE SCHOLARS OF ISLAM ARE UNANIMOUSLY AGREED THAT WHOEVER SUPPORTS THE KAFFIRS AGAINST THE MUSLIMS AND HELPS THEM IN ANY WAY IS A KAFFIR LIKE THEM. IF THE MUSLIMS FEAR THEIR EVIL, IT IS PERMITTED TO MAKE AN OUTWARD SHOW OF FRIENDLINESS TOWARDS THEM, BUT HE SHOULD HATE THEM INWARDLY. Allah says: "Let not the believers take the disbelievers as supporters, helpers instead of the believers, and whoever does that, will never be helped by Allah in any way, except if you indeed fear a danger from them.' [Koran 3:28] "The believers, men and women, are helpers, supporters, friends, protectors of one another." [Koran 9:71] "O you who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians as friends, protectors or helpers, they are but friends and protectors of each other. And if any amongst you takes them as friends or protectors, then surely, he is one of them. And you see those Muslims in whose hearts there is a disease of hypocrisy, they hurry to their friendship, saying: "We fear lest some misfortune of a disaster may befall us." Perhaps Allah may bring a victory or a decision according to His Will. Then they will become regretful for what they have been keeping as a secret in themselves." [Koran 5:51, 52] NOTE: Chapter 5 and chapter 9 are the last chapters of the Koran. These laws are final and absolute for all Muslims. They can't ever be changed or cancelled. ‘If the Muslim has to be with the non-Muslims physically, he should not be with them in his heart, and he must avoid mixing with them unnecessarily. Even if they give you some of your rights by treating you nicely, they do not give Allah His rights and they do not give the Qur'an its rights and they do not give our Prophet his rights. The rights of Allah and His Book and His Prophet are more important than our personal rights. Remember this, for this is one of the things that will help you to hate them and regard them as enemies until they believe in Allah alone.' SETTLING IN A KAFFIR LAND SHOULD BE REGARDED AS TEMPORARY, NOT PERMANENT. IT IS NOT PERMISSIBLE TO HAVE THE INTENTION OF STAYING THERE PERMANENTLY BECAUSE SETTLING THERE PERMANENTLY MEANS THAT ONE HAS MIGRATED [MADE HIJRAH] FROM THE LAND OF ISLAM TO THE LAND OF KUFR. THIS CLEARLY GOES AGAINST THE RULING OF SHARIAH THAT IT IS OBLIGATORY TO MIGRATE FROM THE LAND OF KUFR TO THE LAND OF ISLAM. Whoever is unable to migrate is excused, but Muslims in Islamic lands are obliged to save them and bring them from the kaffir lands to the Muslim lands. But whoever is able to establish the rituals of Islam within his family, and establish evidence against the rulers and people in authority and bring about reform, making them change their ways, then it is prescribed for him to stay among them, so long as he is safe from temptation and fitnah [infidel sin]. It is advisable for such a person to migrate to kaffir lands so that he can participate in Jihad and increase the numbers of the Muslims [in non-Muslim territory]. You should not travel if you can avoid it to the kaffir countries. So it is not permissible to travel there, no matter what the circumstances, except in cases of extreme necessity. If you have no alternative but to stay in those countries, then try not to raise your children there; send them to a Muslim country, to their families or to Islamic centres that will take care of them and educate them. You are well aware that the danger to your children is not restricted to their joining the kaffirs in their festivals, rather the danger is there simply because of their mixing with them and living among them. There should be a legitimate need for Muslims taking the nationality of a kaffir country, such as the benefits for which the Muslim has settled in the kaffir country being dependent upon his taking the nationality. Otherwise that is not permissible for Muslims, because taking the nationality is a sign of befriending the kaffir, and because it involves speaking words which it is not permissible to believe in or adhere to, such as approving of kufr or man-made laws. TAKING THE NATIONALITY MAY LEAD TO STAYING IN THE KAFFIR LAND PERMANENTLY, WHICH IS NOT PERMISSIBLE. NO-ONE SHOULD THINK THAT A MUSLIM WHO SAYS THAT IT IS OK TO VOTE IS EXPRESSING APPROVAL OR SUPPORT FOR KAFFIRS. IT IS DONE IN THE INTERESTS OF THE MUSLIMS, NOT OUT OF LOVE FOR KUFR AND ITS PEOPLE. The evidence of the Qur'an and Sunnah indicates that it is obligatory for all the Muslims, on the individual, community, governmental and international levels to refer any disputes or arguments that arise among them to the laws of Allah. [Islamic shariah laws] Whoever studies or teaches manmade laws and believes that ruling by them is permissible, whether he believes that shariah law is superior to them or not, is a kaffir in the sense of major kufr, according to the consensus of the Muslims. ‘THE PARTICIPATION OF MUSLIMS AND THE INCREASE IN THE NUMBER OF MUSLIM COMMUNITIES IN EUROPE HAS RESULTED IN THE INCREASE IN THE NUMBER OF MOSQUES, SCHOOLS AND ISLAMIC CENTRES. THIS HAS RESULTED IN INCREASED MUSLIM INFLUENCE TO THE EXTENT THAT THE ENEMIES OF ISLAM, SUCH AS THE JEWS, ARE SCARED.' Muslims were less than three percent of the Arab population in the 7th century and they conquered all of Arabia and ruined the Jewish tribes, then they invaded and conquered European lands. Only three percent of Germans were Nazis when Hitler rose to power, yet they ravaged Germany and much of Europe. These ruthless minorities came to power and conquered millions of victims, in holocausts of violence, death and destruction, both inspired by the same political and religious faith - to destroy all opposition and to reign supreme. The population of Muslims living in the West is significant and increasing, teaching and believing in the same Islamic laws, unchanged and unchangeable. This world war is called The War on Terror.
