Ataturk WorshipReader comment on item: Erdoğan's Turkish Delight Submitted by David Ryan (United States), Nov 14, 2019 at 19:01 Ataturk was a fraud. Ataturk continued to persecute religious minorities right up to his death in 1938. Look up Alevi massacres. The Alevi are illegal and persecuted today. It is easy to proclaim a secular democratic state for Western consumption when your minorities are conveniently already dead or obscure. And the Orthodox Patriarch is a dhimmi confined to a few small rooms. I want Constantinople back. (Should have kept it in 1924.)
