Safa Magid was my doctor

For 8 years, from 2012 to late 2019. She was kind, compassionate, thoughtful, thorough, professional. The first time I was in she complimented me on my kippah (yarmulke) and I returned the compliment for her head covering. A Jew and a Muslim, doctor and patient, bonding over our respective head coverings. She is a fine and upstanding immigrant Muslim American and I am proud to have been her patient. She took great care of me.
