Recognition of the Threat is as Important as Anticipating When It Arises.Reader comment on item: "Godless Saracens Threatening Destruction": Submitted by M Tovey (United States), Mar 23, 2021 at 17:17 Events of current notice are in evidence all around the world; but they or more elusive when the issues/rules of identify friend or foe are obfuscated by less than honorable associations and there is no confidence in whom one trusts. Having a confidence in known trustworthy allies can be compromised if an ambition of empire absorbs certain leadership relationships and those surreptitious ambitions are not recognized as the threats they actually impose. Let us understand that in the context of the alliance the Soviets engaged in before Operation Barbarossa commenced. Do the alliances being contemplated in today's hostile environment contain the same finger crossing behind the backs of feigned friends? We know that the current American Administrative Chief Executive cannot keep any promises made by earlier administrations; so what's a solution that will not blow back in the face of multiple threats? Anyone?
