I just came to read this in regards to the adhan

As far as I know (and witnessed), the adhan of the Friday's prayer is played over loudspeakers in many mosques. It seems that the rest of the prayers are not, according to what I have found today. But the Friday's one, for sure it has been broadcasted for the past years.

Now, according to this article, it seems that for the rest of the prayers, they have been played due to the Covid-19 situation during Ramadan in many mosques as a special measure which was taken at that time. I heard it several times whenever I needed to go to certain suburbs last year. Maybe because people didn't complain, and accept it, they decided to extend it. I'm unsure. So far, it's all I can report. But yes, we are very tolerant in here as you can grasp from the article provided.
