Worse Case Scenarios - Iranian Islamic Regime's More Dangerous Shift Into Deeper Instability

In a continuing runup to regional tensions taking a tactical turn to potentially fall back to historical antagonisms, while there was the musing that Javad Zarif could be considered a candidate, we read now that Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has registered, bring to mind that former instability of Iranian Islamic Regime's intentions; does this mean that when the Regime's nuclear intentions are fully realized at 99%, he have the buttons available to him? Seriously?
