I have read that article and indeed, I am aware that you (Dr. Pipes) presciently predicted this shift 30 years ago. My question is what you think will be the implications, particularly of the shift in the USG. Maybe I'm overreacting, but how can Israel survive this? At a minimum, how can it avoid being dictated an unequivocal defeat in the conflict, in the next several years? Do you think there's reason to believe that won't happen?
