Who Won, Gaza or Bibi?Reader comment on item: Who Won, Israel or Hamas? Submitted by Robert (United States), Jul 10, 2021 at 09:19 Is Gaza a Country? It's not a State, is it, even though some recognize Palestine as a State. Bibi isn't PM of the Knesset anymore, but that's not because "Operation Guardian of the Walls"? Israel is a State and a Country. But is it also the Government? What about Palestinian Islamic Jihad - did it Win the War? It's hard enough to determine if Victory has been achieved. But it seems much harder to determine which or who were the Parties to this Conflict of 11 days of Hostilities. Since 1948 and 1967 (those years) the Palestinian Arabs concede 2 major disaster (hint: both names begin with an N). But after that for them every Israeli Victory is viewed instead as their own triumph towards the goal of taking over all the land from the River to the Sea (Israel).
