Update: Along with Muhammad Al-Khamash, whose hand was cut off by the bomb explosion, Tisir Al-Kharaz was also seriously injured.
Both are wanted residents of Nablus.
Alkharaz's father is an officer with the rank of Aqid (عقيد equivalent to colonel) in the Palestinian counter-intelligence.
