Israel' Fifth Election in So Much Time Reveals What Jeremiah Has Told From the Beginning - Ignore the Rule of Sovereignty and Pay the ConsequencesReader comment on item: Bibi, Thank You for Your Service Submitted by M Tovey (United States), Nov 2, 2022 at 14:10 A democratic observance of how Israeli goverance is as fickle as any democratic form of governance is demonstrated here: the former PM's Bennett and Lapid have found that depending upon the erstwhile desires of a diverse population with antagonistically intimated aversions against living with the enemy does not assist in good governance; and power to control all the undercurrent antipathies is constantly required, even at the risk of offending the dominant population. But here is Benjamin Netanyahu's new conundrum: how lomng will this last when this latest victory merely shows a weakenss that cannot be quantified except by determining which whims can be more easily satisfied. The undercurrent anti-Semitism that is interspersed nationally knows no allegances and until that is quelled, the next government needs to be on further defense even as the world continues its attacks in typical anti-Semitic fashion until all enemies of Israel are brought to justice.
