this will never happen. because the 'moderate muslims' are a facade to trick the others. this is a trick they have been following ever since their inception. in persia, iraq. in europe and in india. these jokers actually seriously believe in establishing islamic rule on the whole planet. they all, as in all, are working towards that end. and they have rules or laws as long as this is their goal. they will shamelessly go to europe, america and demand this and that right. but in their middle east countries they will not allow practice of other religions. ...
