Islamist Cancer

My Family for generations have lived in Lebanon, I and they would die a thousand times over to see those who hate and breed hate be routed from Lebanon. We have an Islamist cancer that will destroy us if it is not wiped out, every last cell. This cancer is clever, but it cannot disquise itself because it lives, breaths and breeds hate.

If you had cancer would you call a cease fire on it? I think not, because it will never be satisfied until it has consumed your body completely.
