How about these mosques?Reader comment on item: L.A.'s Thwarted Terror Spree Submitted by Edmund James (Canada), Feb 7, 2003 at 10:32 The scheme of things by radical Arabs and militant Muslims seems simple: spread the word and get even. Their organization is a miasma, a stew of despots (even secular dictators), fundamental clerics, tribal warlords, extremists, terrorists, homicide bombers supported by apologists, lobbyists, followed by appeasers, and especially those countries who have lost in the past. And the animosity has spread to North American mosques and imprisoned, American criminals. The Wall Street Journal reported that Warith-Deen Umar (formerly known as Wallace Gene Marks, and Wallace 10X), a New York Imam, preaches the extreme Wahabbi Islam. There are 200,000 to 400,000 that have converted to Islam in the prisons. "He (Umar) said that hijackers should be honored as martyrs... The U.S. risks further terrorism attacks because it oppresses Muslims around the world." Indeed, where will it end? The clarity of it all is that this is a multifaceted hate by those who have a deranged, inferiority complex and those who use them. Talk will not help. There is no therapy and conversion. Not at least for a few generations. Even the moderates are afraid, or not convinced. And it seems incarceration leads to the excuse: see how they oppress us? Confinement! Wait till they get out.
