regarding my article

Hi,

Because my article was in the news section, I wanted to include as much as possible from Dr. Pipes' lecture and also get all sides of the story. Believe me, there is so much that I want to say, but cannot in a news article.

However, I think La Rouche and MSU look bad regardless. Having a fair and balanced article really drives this point across. I understand your frustration and I know you don't mean to attack me or my article. I am glad you enjoyed the video too. There are certainly more coming as the MSU "Israel Awareness Week" is coming up very soon.

I would have, of course, loved to include more about what was going on outside, but there are always word count issues involved. Still, I think the article, more or less, gets the point across. Because it's so fair, most people have been very responsive and in a good way. Many students/community have already approached me and have said that they think the MSU's declaration that we "don't have a future" and their call for Israel to be eliminated was inappropriate. I wish the administration here would follow suit.

I plan on writing an article in response to the New U article featured in opinion this week. I think you will agree the article by Marya Bangee is truly garbage.
