Professional issue, not a political one

Thank you, thank you, thank you Mr. Jason McMahon. Yours is the most accurate and absolute point: A reporter's job precisely is NOT to exercise his or her right to free speech; his or her JOB is to remain neutral and uninvolved except as an observer and reporter of facts. Granting the interview in the first place was the key error Arnett made. Everything else is totally irrelevant. This is not a political issue; it's strictly a professional one.
