RADICAL ISLAM VERSUS WESTERN CIVILIZATION

One must not forget that it was the Western Christians who undertook to release the Islamics from the horror of their existence under the Serbs. Nor should it be ignored that while the CIVILIZED WESTERN world was engaged in researching and developing medicines to allay the numerous diseases which ravage all mankind, the Islamic Fanatics were devoting their efforts to the extinction of non-believers and infidels as the only means to propigate their faith as set forth in the Holy Koran.

Islamics must look inward to determine why the greater portion of technical advancement in the world is the result of the Western worlds reasearch and development efforts . Contributors include Christians, Jews as well as those who profess no faith whatsoever . It is the ultimat irony that the Islamic Fanatics use the Western Worlds technological developments in their continuing attraction to the faulted concept of "Jihad"

A single word which represents the ultimate "oxymoron" is "Jihad" inasmuch as there is no such an undertaking as a "holy war" in the eyes of enlightened people.

Ask any Islamic cleric to name or list all the Nobel Prize winners who adhere to Islam. He will find himself hard put to find names that can be counted on the digits of one hand. Tragically the foremost named recipient, Anwar Sadat of Egypt was brutally assassinated by members of the Islamic Brotherhood. His believed crime in their eyes, was his ongoing attempts to advocate peace between Israel and the Palestinians!!

It is tragic that the concept of "the sanctity of life" held by the Western World conflicts with the wanton and senseless taking of life extolled in the Koran and today practiced by the Islamic Fanatics!
