I am detecting a common trend.

Caesar,

I am noticing that you and many other guests in this blog are posting instructions to the government as to what it should do. Hasn't the fact that all these rational solutions, that are coming from he average Joe on the street have not been implemented in any way? Our politicians are too sophisticated to take radical approaches to radical problems.

From their standpoint, the average Joe "does not see the whole picture", while they have a grand and wide perspective on things and see many nuances and issues that we don't. I call that not seeing the forest for the trees. It never crosses their mind that the average American has thought of all the complexities and different issues involved and rejected them as smoke screens shielding the real problems. I am starting by not giving my money to businesses who allow their workers to wear muslim attire, not speak English etc. If we wait for the government to do something, we will be guilty for not preventing the disaster.
