the faith of reason

Making the present day conflict one between religion (Islam) and non-religious Reason is shallow at best and self-delusion at worst. Western Reason is a direct product of Judeo-Christian faith, which enunciates two fundamentals: One: God is the one that gave humans the power of reason and the ability to choose between right and wrong. two: The choice of right, which is mainly self-restraint, mercy, justice, is a choice of life, whereas the the choice of licentiousness, arbitrariness, and denial of God is Wrong, leading to death. Islam is fundamentaly different: It sanctifies the practice of all licentiousness as long as it is committed in the name of allah. It sanctifies death, one-night stands, and suicide bombers, as long as they serve the Imperium of Allah. All you need to do is change the word Allah for Fuhrer and you get the idea. Total licentiousness, santified.

Reason without God is inherent to Nazism, Maoism, Communism, and all Isms where there is no higher authority than Man's reason. If its reasonable to kill 30 million people who do not share your point of view, then by all means, go ahead and do it. But if there is a God by whose rules of self-restraint you live by, then killing even one person who meant you no harm is a sin.

Self-delusion lies in the thought that if Reason can be taught it will replace Islamo-fascism. The opposite is true. Reason is always subjugated (islamized) to the service of Islam, because the lure of Islam is complete licentiousness, the free reign for man's darkest impulses. Kill all you want, rape all you wish, just get the Fatwah right. It is catholic indulgence to the Rich, popularized, generalized, and perverted.

As for the war on Islam, there is no need for mass killing. All you have to do is stop buying and using Oil. That will stop Islam dead in the water, or in the sand for that matter.
