Lead, follow, or get out of the way

We have no need of isolationism as practiced in saudi arabia for the exact reason that saudi arabia practices isolationism. Do we really wish to become like saudi arabia? Is this the role model we wish to emulate? The doctrines and practices of saudi arabia CANNOT BE SUSTAINED under the threat of opposing ideas without retarding human intelligence. The ideas on which the United States were found CAN be, and are, sustained under the threat of opposing ideas – READ THE FEDERALIST PAPERS! Dare, I say, learn about Larry Flynt.

The concept of sudden jihad syndrome has not reached a point in this country so as to arouse a suspicion of imminent hostile takeover, has it? Do we see suicide bombers yet? Of course we must try not to let this situation occur in the first place, but if we cannot, we (or our agents or future agents – such as Gort) must be prepared to determine why it has been reached and eliminate the cause (and that would not be the police who ‘allowed' it to happen) – including individuals or groups who harbor, perpetuate and teach the idea that suicide bombing is a rational form of dissent.

At that point will the proponents of that cause outnumber the opponents? I will suggest this can occur only if a preponderance of the population can no longer think rationally. We had better ensure we promote rational thinking among future generations. If rational thinkers can justify an anarchical system where individuals perpetrate suicide bombing random populations of humans to achieve their goals, then that is the way humans will progress. However, my rational mind cannot conceive of this occurring.

Of course, the fact that there exists now a cult which teaches suicide bombing should not influence our thought in this matter. We must be objective in our search for the ultimate cause. Perhaps we will ultimately find that we must eliminate ourselves. If that is true we need only do nothing but wait.
