The Problem With Calling Any Form Of Nazism "Right Wing"

It is a myth, and a very succussful one, at that. Although I suspected something wasn't quite right, I never had the resources to fully investigate it, until recently. After believing that nonsense for over 40 years of my life, I began to notice inconsistencies which confused me. It wasn't until I learned more some years later (over a decade) that I ceased to be confused by the apparent contradiction of calling a socialist movement "Right Wing." Then, over the next 10 years more pieces fit together because I could now access the pertinent information on the internet, and voila. My suspicion was confirmed, and now I know the truth. Hitler was a Left Wing Socialist.

So, imagine my disappointment when I read a respected (by sane people) author, who should know better, calling neo-Nazis "Right Wing." It only perpetuates the myth that Leftists use to disguise themselves and their goals. It is a dangerous flasehood, because if people know how much alike the Left were to the so-called "Right Wing" fascists, they would be far less popular, and able to fool far fewer people. I think it is very irresponsible for anyone who knows better to use such misleading terminology. And, if they don't know better, I want to know why not!
