Orange YonasonReader comment on item: The Far Right & Jihadis in Alliance Submitted by Aymenn Jawad (United Kingdom), Jul 16, 2009 at 06:27 Orange Yonason: 1. Does it not occur to you that John Holdren may no longer believe in those totalitarian concepts outlined in the work you linked to? He co-wrote it 32 years ago: back then he was young and had radical ideas. People change their views all the time. And, for all you know, it might have been Paul and Anne Erlich who wrote those passages quoted. That said, I agree that the ideas outlined in the work are horrifying. 2. Show me a recent statement by Holdren that demonstrates that he still supports enforced population-control measures. 3. Out of interest, what do you think should be done to reduce population growth? 4. How can you say that Obama believes in the ideas outlined in the work? To charecterise Obama as believing in a 'genocide ideology' is absurd.
