Wasn't the establishment of a functioning democracy in Iraq supposed to

lead to regional change? I'm surprised that nobody seems to be raising this at all. Iran and Iraq are rivals. Iran sees a democracy next door that, for all its faults and foibles actually seems to be functioning. While there may be some corruption, there is no evidence of the kind of massive fraud occurring in Iran.

I'd say it's time for you thinkers to start blaming Bush for this mess in Iran :-) His footprint is a little heftier than Obama's fellative speech in Cairo.
