Still Small Voice in all this...Reader comment on item: Assessing Binyamin Netanyahu's Speech at Bar-Ilan University Submitted by WB Kelly (United States), Jun 16, 2009 at 23:25 Professor Eidelberg makes a transcendent, yet overlooked point in all this: that God has something to say about the land of Israel. And the professor is right about pointing out the personal and national consequences of disagreeing with what God has spoken. I wish the Jewish people had the faith-strength to believe that Yahweh is good for His word and will see that it performs the very purpose for which He sent it out. (He brought you back to the land, didn't He?) Men will not resolve this conflict, which originates in the spiritual realm... but God will. Is suggest those who love Israel stand on the word of the God of Abraham and refrain from getting sucked into the erratic discourse of man. Blessing or cuses, life or death, as Moses propositioned. Those who would claim rights to the land God has deeded to the Jews are not even a people... semitic in origin and certainly not Arab... children of Lot and Esau. It's all confused and will only play out as revealed in Scripture (Psalm 83, Ezekiel 37-39, Zechariah 14, and more). Those who understand this need to stand up, speak truth, and serve their generation as did David... a man after God's own heart. Blessings to Israel, BK
