Islamic "law" says a muslim male seeing naked female flesh must commit suicide immediately

Finally, a new warfare tactic against Islam! Males w/their 6-packs watching naked women -- should take care of a lot of islamic fighting males!!!

Cover the swimming pool on military bases so that prying eyes cannot see anything except the cover. A huge quonset-type canvas dome down to about a meter off the ground, should do it. That way the Kuwaiti military men have to literally lie on their stomachs with binoculars to see anything!

Go for it.
