" Trust " Israel has earn trust many times over, Israel has kept every peace agreement .. 2010 MarReader comment on item: On Biden in Israel Submitted by Phil Greend (Canada), Mar 11, 2010 at 15:51 Yes Sir, you are correct neither approach has a chance of succeeding. This is due to the fact the islamist don't really care if Israel builds one house or 200. The Islamists wish for Israel to be destroyed and all the Jews dead. The muslims of Gaza and the West Bank will be angry if there are any new buildings, but then again they will be mad if Israel is still alive. The only real hope for both peace and for Israel to be safe is for Israel to be strong. The West and specifically the United States has the power to make Israel strong or weak. History clearly shows that when Israel is weak there is war. Also history clearly shows that when Israel is strong there is peace. That " peace " is for everyone not just Israel and the Jews, when Israel is strong the leaders of the muslims are not making war on Israel so the muslim population is safe also. Everyone wins when Israel is strong. Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes. Original writing only, please.
