Don't Blame Obama

Obama is a naif and cannot be blamed because he does not know any better. I place the blame for this disaster firmly on the stooped shoulders of his advisor Dennis Ross. It is Dennis Ross who believes that Israeli acts prevent a so-called Palestinian state living "side by side in peace" with Israel. It is Dennis Ross who discounts Israeli interest in a peaceful settlement and thinks that the U.S. can dictate terms to Israel. It is Dennis Ross who thinks the Arabs who deserve to have their capital in Jerusalem and cannot comprehend the temerity of the Jews in building houses there. It is Dennis Ross who somehow thinks his reputation can be sealed by resurrecting the perverted dreams of Oslo and the failed so-called 2-state solution.
