Israelis do not permit the Hezbollah to acquire ScudReader comment on item: Why Do Israelis Permit Hezbollah to Acquire Scuds? Submitted by AebBird (Israel), May 17, 2010 at 11:26 The Hezbollah do it without Israeli permission. Lebanon President admitted yesterday that the Hezbollah has the right to have Scuds in order to defend itself from possible Israeli attack. That means that Lebanon has full responsibility. For now Israel can do nothing because any reaction will lead immediately to a new vast war. Israel don't need it for now. Anyway when time comes Israel will know how to handle that problem efficiently and ruin the Scud net launcher in record time before they really damage any Israeli city. On the other hand Israel is capable of collecting due punishment from Lebanon if needed. Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes.
