Khilafa is a joke

Not a single Islamic State is willing to give up it's territorial authority to some unnamed Khalifa. That you believe this nonsense only goes to prove you are also a believer that 'American hegemony' is a tool to conquer the Muslim world. Better to posit that the O.I.C. is out to Islamify the Christian world by supporting C.A.I.R. and like Muslim Councils around the Christian world. Since Proselytizing/conversion is a Islamic tenet.
Then again I'm betting you live in a democracy sheltered from religious-socioeconomic domination.
