Political correctnessReader comment on item: [Michael Smerconish and I Debate:] What Kind of Airport Profiling? Submitted by Carol Fischer (United States), Oct 5, 2004 at 14:17 Dear Sir/Madam,Along with an airline ticket, we must carry a complete personal resume. In the age of computers, this is not impossible, merely time consuming. Unfortunately, the more difficult the TSA makes boarding, the more devious and clever the terrorist will become. It is probable the "CEO'S of TERRORISM" have already found a way around most everything TSA will come up with! Since Terrorists often work together, ie. 9/11, how about scrambling the passengers. A on plane 1, B on plane 2 etc. Only TSA will know when this method is used. The flying public must accustom themselves to inconvenience. The element of surprise, MUST be on the side of TSA. Political correctness was for a more innocent time. The concept no longer appropriate, it is dangerous! Sincerely, C. Fischer.
