Obama and kadaffi

If Mr Obama decides to send any kind of military force into Libya or ships off the coast of Libya is that much different than when Bush sent troops etc. into Iraq. The question is do we have a true objective and a real smart plan, our goals what are they and how do we to get in and get out smartly and in the most expediant way. What is the smartest way not to spread our military to thin. Are we more knowledgable in understandinfg the culture and needs of the people of Libya. The people of Libya most prove what they want for their country and the US cannot go into this situation like a bull in a china shop.
