Fear of Obama

Dear Dr. Pipes,

Even though there may be some superficial similarities between the two policies, I trusted Bush's stance towards Israel. I'm afaid the new "Obama doctrine" that everyone who rises up in rebellion needs to have international "protection" will eventually used by Obama to support the Palestinians against Israel. After all, who has the airplanes, superior firepower, and is "seeming to repress them." No, I am not a happy man seeing this drastic revision in Middle-East balances of power.
